  1. Thank you for sharing your experience with keto. I've been on keto for 7 weeks and have lost 20 pounds. The two of you should start your own keto channel. I really enjoyed listening.

  2. Your Pyramid was explained in reverse (up side down).Gov has fats & meats up on scale not down. Grains, breads, bagels, donuts,muffins,french fries,pies, cakes etc are at the bottom. Yup, I exaggerated but it is how most Americans read it, right?
