  1. Good video Stephanie. Those having fatigue during adaption should look at taking B5 supplements, it will help. So many people think they have to have a 70 or lower reading on glucose to be in ketosis, this is just not the case (they forget about glyconeogenisis). I run glucose around 75-80 on average and 1.5-2.0 ketones on the same test. Just takes time to dial it all in…. keep up the good work.

  2. Hello Steph. I am starting out and wanred to know what are these two test meters u talk about. And spell them so i can look for them. Also do you have a vedio on reading them and what ranges we should be in. And are there different types .and if u recommend a particular type. Love your vedios. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.

  3. Hey Steph, question you mention two tests for testing yourself. what are the items called so i may look for them. Also do u have a vedio on each telling us what reading range we need to be in.

  4. I started keto 6 days ago,my nutrient ratios are 80/15/5 f/p/c and last two days my bloodsugar is about 85 only when I train. Rest of the day its under 80,mostly 78. Im talking last two days. Do you think im going in the right direction? Greetings from Serbia, love the content you make
