Thought about giving up on my contest prep and youtube for a while because my mind was all out of whack but ever since i started keto, I'm back on track and feel like I could maintain this diet forever. Used to eat heavy carb meals preworkout and wouldn't be able to get off the couch for hours from what I thought was procrastination. Wonder what I'm gonna do when it's time to put on muscle again? Good video!

  2. are mood swings and depression common during keto adaptation? Been eating a keto diet now for 5 days and I have really bad mood swings and depression, but most of the time i'm happy as hell… i used to eat 200-300g of carbs a day, now down to less than 50g.
