What I eat to LOSE WEIGHT!!



In this video I show you guys what I eat in a day to lose weight!

Calories for the day=1,296.

I forgot to mention I had 4oz of fat free milk and low fat salad dressings on the salads!

I keep my diet pretty simple because my schedule is crazy and I don’t have time to cook awesome meals all the time. The key is to find what works for you and run with it!

This video is not meant to recommend or push my way of eating onto others. This is what I am currently doing and what is working for me. Find what works for you. Everyone’s body is different.

  1. i use to take steroids so i gained a lot of weight i have a wii I'm trying to lose weight but it is not working i can't stick to a diet plan but i do get on the board for my Wii Fit and still no weight lost Doctors say if i don't lose weight now i might die help please

  2. i really look up to women like you that go for the goals without giving a second thought. I've been trapped in endless cycles of weightloss and weight gain because i simply cdont have that much discipline and motivation. i shed a couple of pounds and then later on i stop my routine and gain them back. i badly want to do something about this and just do what i have to do and stop being a pussy because i realize im only just putting myself down and destroying the right i have to control myself and change my mindset. i want to lose this weight because i want to feel good about myself. i want to wear the clothes i want to wear, i want to be fit and strong. you inspire me a lot. i hope you keep posting videos and continue to spread your inspiring vibes. you are a very cool and beautiful woman. i also wish that you will reach your goals.

  3. Do you get really hungry? I try to follow 21 day fix, which includes a LOT more food than what you are eating but not that many more calories (its mostly just portion control/clean eating). It's so much food (mostly veggies and protein) that I get really full and don't usually get hungry until its time for my next meal—but it just seems to me that the amount of food you are eating is a huge deficit for your current weight. Just curious!

  5. whenever I crave something bad I drink 2 glasses of water , for the time being I get full & craving goes away , then I have time to make a healthy snack

  6. hey Im loving your channel thanks so much for sharing! im currently trying to loose weight too, im 235 lbs and desperately trying to get down to 200. starting weight was 295. Ive lost my weight with strategic intermittent fasting, high protein vegetarian diet and trying to exercise more. your videos are inspiring to see someone similar to me getting results.
