  1. I would love to be able to do this without meat but how can you get enough fat from the amounts you showed in these meals to maintain ketosis and not cause any problems with low potassium? low sodium levels?

  3. Really nice video production, pretty food. I think 1 or 2 tbl full of carrots has all the vit A we need for the day. I use chronometer.com to keep track. The Keto lifestyle is the best chance to save $$ at the grocery store! :)
