  1. Damn. Im here trying to get from 16% body fat to 10 or 9 and im eating about 1500-1800 calories a day if that. My problem is, I hate cardio. I need to start forcing myself to do it.

  2. Doesn't need to be fiddly. Eats heaps of vegetables, a couple of pieces of fruit per day, enjoy meats like tuna, salmon, chicken, lean red meat, eat nuts & legumes. Enjoy eggs & drink lots of water. Get rid of sugar & highly processed refined foods. It's a lifestyle change!

  3. What average person has the money and time to prepare these meals? Like I'll stick to my small portions and lean muscle body. All you need is push ups and pull up. You get same results doing all the crap this guy is doing.

  4. I'm in the process of Shredding myself I'm trying to cut 10lbs as well. I'm 6'2 226 trying to get dwn too 215. I have my Macros set at 30,35,35. My Protein intake is only 179 Grams. Are my Macros set wrong??

  5. funny. this goes against all research I've done. what happened to 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight? and filling in the rest of your calories with carbs.
