I am using the one week Keto/Low Carb 7 day meal plan by Mellissa Sevigny
I’m pretty excited to be trying keto. I was skeptical at first, but I’m wondering if maybe it’s been the answer all along. So far none of the food I’ve made has caused me to have second thoughts. Spicy foods agitate my acid reflux, so I do think if I like the cuban pot roast that I’ll have to modify it- but other than that I’ve got no problems so far with the food. I’ll keep you guys updated on the results!
