  1. Hi there, thanks for sharing. ♥ Have you tried to cream macadamia?
    Right now I am having fruits (apples, bit of berries or grapes) raw veggies, so I am not in ketosis. I have a limited amount of carbs from fruits, but I feel better this way. Still relatively low carbs, around 80-110 g but I do never calculate or limit myself based on numbers. My feelings are showing the directions to go.
    ++ I also consume occasionally fermented soy joghurt (I live in Europe, we have here non GMO organic soy joghurt) I crave for it as i do not eat dairy.

  2. I put my peanut butter on apple slices. Yum. Peanut butter always makes me feel good. I only buy it occasionally though. It can't be a staple for me because I'd binge on it. lol.
