  1. You should totally try eating your gluten free toast with the deli turkey and egg sunny side up, it makes great sandwiches that keep you going a long time 🙂

    As for the oats, you can get the natural, unsweetened oats, cook it on the stove with your vanilla almond milk, and crush up a banana and put it in there with some cinnamon while it's cooking… That's what I do, and it doesn't make it bland :)

  2. My friend who has arthritis can't have even a trace of gluten in her food or else she will become ill and she's told me before that because of the way some meats are processed, they can actually have gluten in them! So it's not unusual for a company to label their meat with whether or not it is present. 

  3. I'm a vegetarian and I also try to reduce my intake of dairy and gluten foods. Does the rest of your family eat like this as well or is this just your lifestyle choice?
