  1. Ketogenic is already debated and has almost no scientific basis or advantages for a serious strength athlete. For fatloss you need a energy deficit which is sustainable Also with a moderate carb. approach. You dont need ketoses. Carbs are Also musclesparing and anabolic. It is all about dosage and context.

  2. how would cyclical diet work with something like #29 sheiko or sheiko overall? Saturday would be reefed and Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday would be working out days!
