  1. Hi Stephanie .
    I'm a 23 year old active male .
I just recently purchased your keto meal plan for active people .
i'm a bit concerned with starting the diet because although the diet plan is informative for the most part, im scared i wont be doing it correctly.
Is there any advice for a beginner that maybe was not in the meal plan ?
I would greatly appreciate any advice .

  2. Prior to starting to eat a ketogenic diet my hypoglycemia was terrible, at one point I would get lightheaded, and sometimes even pass out. My friends carried sweets around in an effort to bring my sugar back up. That was before we knew that it was all the sugar that was causing the hypoglycemia. I could eat some pineapple (my favorite fruit) and would have to take a nap. Thankfully it has been several years since I have had any episode that has caused me to faint, but I can tell immediately if something has any type of sweetener in it. I guess my body will always be sensitive to sugar.
