Ketogenic Diet Day 8 – The Good, The Bad…

After one week, I wanted to reflect on how the first week went as well as some of my favorite things about the Keto Diet and some of the biggest challenges. You should definitely lose weight on a keto diet and, for many people, it includes a lot of the food that you really enjoy. The most difficult things are time management while on a diet and missing the comfort foods that you love. For me, those are pizza and donuts!
