KETO DIET- Gluten Free Cococnut Cauliflower Pancake

KETO DIET – Ingredients:
• ½ grated raw cauliflower
• ½ cup cheddar cheese
• 2 organic free range eggs
• 2 tbsp. coconut flake
• 1 tbsp. coconut flour
• 1 tbsp. coconut oil (cooking)
• 1 tbsp. nutritional yeast
• 1 tbsp. double heavy cream
1. Blend cauliflower in blender
2. Add all ingredients except coconut oil
3. Melt 1 tbsp. coconut oil in pancake pan – medium heat
4. Make 4 mini pancakes
