  1. You two are the cutest! Love the chemistry between you both. Great informative videos! I'm back on the weight loss grind again and keto seems like a way I wouldn't feel deprived. Just subbed!

  2. Y'all are so great! My boyfriend and I are trying to keto it up, so I've been doing lots of research. I've already subscribed and favorited some of your vids and am looking forward to showing him tomorrow! Thanks for being awesome 🙂 Sending virtual high-fives from Texas

  3. 3 minutes in and I'm already loving you guys! When you're tossing up a chart fill up the screen. Can't read it. I like my eggs over easy too. Just lick that plate! LOL!

  4. With the microwaved Veggies plus the pork & fat your body is highly acidic which is not good in the long run. Please grab some ph strips to gauge your alkaline levels

  5. I noticed that you guys snack a lot. Given that most snacks have some protein in it, and protein is insulinogenic, I was wondering if it would be best to reduce the snacking and instead incorporate the calories you eat from all that snacking into your major meals – possibly eating only 2 to 3 times a day. I am a big fan of Dr. Jason Fung, who advocates both a combination of low carb dieting as well as intermittent fasting (i.e. reducing meal frequency) to maximize fat burning, as well as to reduce ones insulin resistance. What are your thoughts?
