How to Eat Gluten-Free the Healthy Way – A Day of Meals

I wanted to show y’all a typical on this journey back to fit. I wanted to show everyone that chooses to be Gluten-Free, whether they have Celiac or not, the right way….the healthy way to do it. These are my Gluten-Free meals.



  1. Why potatoes and rice are bad?
    Why bread is bad?
    What about a bread that had 48 hours of leavening, that should be very low on gluten.
    Where did you learn all this stuff? In collage?

  2. Thanks Drew, believe it or not, 2 years ago I watched you on your Fat to Fit journey. I tried to hang but fell off. I finaly got it right and lost over 30lbs so far. Just wanted to say thanks for your videos, they really helped motivate me to succeed. Im still in my journey, ill be taping week 23 Monday.

I don't know if I ever had the chance, but I wanted to thank you for giving the not so "secret" of the famous peanutbutter banana spinach shake away.  I've had 100s closer to a 1000 of them by now, and it's the one food I've never gotten tired of. Funny, that you are making it on this video.  I started posting them before you made it.  Lol.  Anyway, this shake has helped me get past my horrid "Anti Shake Bias" and has helped my health tremendously.  Thank you!
