  1. this is absolute bullshit. gluten free foods are packed with fats and sugars to make it like the normal glutiness product. I suffer with a medical problem called ceoliac disease, i have to eat gluten free, it is not my choice, if i had a choice i would stay away from the high fat foods known as gluten free. i and many others have gained weight by eating gluten free foods, i have lost 1 stone from getting gluten free out of my diet and not eating bread. i just ask anyone who is watching this vidio PLEASE do not listen to this girl, she has no idea what she is talking about. gluten free foods are pureley designed for people like myself who suffer from a medical disorder such as an intolerence and ceoliac desease. they are not desighned for idiots who think it will make them loose weight and be healthier. se says she crys to her mom or friend because its so 'hard' luck cow she dosent have to live with a desease that can KILL her she has a choice, i have lived my life not being able to enjoy the same foods as my friends. please dont listen to this.´╗┐

  2. I'm on a gluten free diet right now along with no dairy and the food is soooo bland that I've lost a few pounds already just because food is boring ATM lol. I miss wheat and cheese ahhh but it's so easy to lose weight by cutting these. :P´╗┐

  3. Unless a person has celiac disease,gluten isn't the culprit. All the benefits you mentioned are reaped due to eating a "clean diet",rather than avoiding gluten. A simple experiment will prove this. Eat processed crap that says "gluten free", eat lots of sugar and other high glycemic carbs and eat very little natural foods like fruits and veggies. Gluten doesn't give you a "wheat belly", WHEAT (white flour) gives you a wheat belly. Gluten is a protein that acts as a glue and it is used in pretty much all processed crap and junk food. Even foods with gluten occurring naturally are most often "processed" (white flour) and it is the processing that cause weight gain and health issues. Any overnight weight gain substantial enough to be realized on a bathroom scale has to be water retention and nothing will cause that more so, than eating high glycemic carbs after a period of eating clean natural foods. It is only a coincidence that gluten happens to be found (more often added) in bad foods. Oatmeal is a super-food, but the process kind is utter crap. You obviously found what works (healthy clean diet),but I think you are promoting the wrong culprit (gluten) and giving credit where it isn't due (gluten free).´╗┐

  5. I am gluten intolerant. went gluten free and lost 35 pounds in 4 months. it was a surprise to me because I don't have a scale. was wearing my baggy clothes but didn't know how much I actually lost.
    I kinda freaked out when I had to move out of my house due to domestic issues. I stayed with my ex boyfriend and he put me on the scale – was 123 pounds. I cried because that was way too much to lose in short time. he was so loving, and took me to buy new clothes. I asked him to find size 10, then, 8, then 6, then 4.
    I cried due to be being close to anorexia back in my 20's.
    well, now that me and my true love are back together along with antidepressants for PTSD from other relationship I gained 30 lbs in 6 weeks. have not been able to lose this weight. I am at my largest weight of 160, have been eating gluten, pizza, pasta, bread, etc.
    going back to gluten free now, it really makes a big difference.
    for ones that say they gain weight during gluten free diet, don't buy processed foods that are full of carbs.
    I went gluten free and carb free (dr said I had issues with carbs due to gallbladder removal).
    so final thought is, I need to eat non processed foods, low carbs, and I can control my weight – not too skinny, not too fat :)´╗┐

    my aunt suggested I try going gluten-free because I felt so tired all the time, and have a sensitive stomach, and when I did, soon after my constant fatigue was gone, and I lost some extra weight without even trying. 30lbs!

    Also my cravings went down a ton.´╗┐

  7. Gluten free for weight loss? I understand the mixed reviews. I would say beware of the GF breads, cookies, pastries, etc. I went GF for health issues and I eat much more whole foods as opposed to processed ones. I still eat some carbs (potatoes, yams, fruits, and I keep GF bread in the freezer for the one day I feel like eating a piece) After cutting out gluten completely seven months ago I have lost 22lbs the most noticeable places are my waist and upper hip love handle area. I still have some weight to lose, but my stomach has never been flatter!´╗┐

  8. Hey, I didn't understand something about The Plan : after 3 day cleanse, should I continue with normal diet (fruits, veggies, meat, fish etc.) and eat that "testing item" for every single meat or should I eat one "testing item" for a whole day? Because it seems so hard hahah
    I was gluten free for maybe 2-3 months and it was so good, I don't have celiac (thank God) but it has to be something mental because I felt healthier even though gluten free wasn't such a huge difference compared to my regular diet.
    And plus, were you excercising and what? You succeeded so much, that's why I want to follow your plan as much as possible ­čśÇ

  10. even though i've grown up on good mediterranean food, i had issues with mental health, just anxiety, depression, no energy, wanna sleep all the time, yet sometimes cant fall of sleep, i was pretty much sick all the time. and then i've decided to go gluten free. changed my life. i finally feel good about life.´╗┐

Thank you, this was good.┬á Gluten free changes lives, reduces auto immune disorders, heels leaky gut and so many other beneficial things.┬á It is a lifestyle change, not a weight loss diet.┬á This changed my families life.┬á We read the book "Wheat Belly".┬á None of us have celiac disease but changed for the health benefits.┬á My brothers eosinophilic esophagitis and reflux went away within one week.┬á My mothers chronic severe rheumatoid arthritis symptoms drastically improved.┬á I am very healthy but┬á noticed my digestion is excellent, flatter stomach, lost weight without trying, never get headaches or fatigue, my skin looks amazing for 49 years, constantly get compliments on how young I look.┬á YOU LOOK GREAT´╗┐

Gluten free is not a weight loss diet, it should be done for health and medical issues, I gained weight after going gluten free and struggle with weight loss because now I am not constantly sick and I can actually eat junk food (there are great gf options now), you can eat "clean" with organic wheat in your diet, I'm not against eating it if you can, it just comes down to your personal body and good food choices whether gf or not ´╗┐

  15. For you guys asking what foods have Gluten in it, here's the best way to remember: BROWS – (B)arley (R)ye (O)ats (W)heat (S)pelt – all else is fine ^_^

    Aside from that, have you ever tried getting things that have Gluten manually removed? For example I make Black Bean Burgers from scratch, and one of the ingredients include Oats. I prefer to stay away from Gluten, so I buy Organic Gluten Free Oats from Whole Foods. You may have to search a bit harder and/or visit your Health Food Stores, like Trader Joes, etc… but you can find anything you want with the Gluten removed (Cupcakes, Cookies, Pancakes, etc.). I bring that up bc I noticed you sound like you may possibly feel limited in your food choices, when you don't have to be! You can make it lifelong if you look at replacements instead of sacrifices! (Ex. My family is having a barbecue, and realistically I know┬ácan't control myself around the Potato Salad lol┬áSince I prefer to eat a Vegan diet with only whole ingredients I can pronounce, I'll make a BIG bowl of my own and bring it so I can eat amongst my family without┬áfeeling "left out". Or I'm meeting some friends for lunch, so I'll bring up the menu online before I go,┬áthat way┬áI can go in there already┬áknowing what I want without temptation – I might even have a little something before I go, so I won't be STARVING [that's when we ALWAYS make the worst impulsive┬áchoices lol])´╗┐
