  1. hey Stephanie, you know our human nature tends to ignore advice and think we know different, but your experience with so many people makes you know exactly what works and what doesn't. being a human I experiment with adding and removing different food and so far everything you mentioned about nuts and cheese is correct 🙂 I add just a little and my weight lost stopped for 2 weeks. thank you, will follow your instruction to the bone :)
