  1. Hey Man, I got into this diet yesterday after watching one of your other videos when you went to walmart on a budget. I have the basics of this diet down, Eat Fat and less Carbs (Under 20grams), but i am really struggling to find out what to eat on a regular. So for like breakfast, ive been having 3 eggs and like 6 strips of bacon with cheese. then for lunch and dinner i am stuck. Also i am a picky eater so that doesnt work. Anyways, let me know if you have any suggestions or if you have made a video on this before just link it for me. Thanks,

  2. In the UK unless you live in a City getting decent premade/take out food in a nightmare. The only thing i can order delivered to my house is Dominoes or Cheap nasty burger fast food joints.

    The Supermarkets are starting to get there with grass fed, organic etc. Things like coconut oil/milk have been hard to get until recently too but again its starting to get better.

  3. From here in the UK we're jealous of our US cousins. We have to travel to the sticks to find good farm & whole food shops. That said we're slowly catching on. Greats videos, thanks for sharing and keep it going.

  4. lol in the Uk there isn't many fast food options unless in a biggish city so thats why they'll often opt for mcdonalds or dominos. As its either that or some dodgy kebab shop lol!

  5. seemed like your fat and protein were pretty much the same? I thought a typical Keto diet was like 75% fat 20% protein and 5% carbs, or is this just a customised version for different goals?

  7. Your meals overall were heavy protein… keto should be around 75%/80% healthy fat, 15-20% protein  : / too much protein will knock you out of ketosis and turn that into glucose. Do you test?

  8. How do you not miss rigatoni pasta, sour dough bread, rice, or sweets? A table spoon of sugar for the coffee? I tried keto. Made me feel like shit, always hungry, and feeling meat sick

  9. Great video! I don't know if they have them where you are, but Domino's has some great mango habanero wings. They are de-li-cious! A little sweet and a little heat. Perfect. Next time you order Domino's you need to try them. You won't be sorry. I pray that your brother gets well very soon.   10. I started at 322 lbs. , now 10 weeks in and weighed at 298 . My question is, how can I break the super stall I'm at ? I loose a pound then gain 3 then loose 2 , argh …… I seem to hover at 299 – 300 lbs , my goal is to be 230 ish . Good news is I feel amazing , but for about 3 weeks I'm in this cycle of stallness . Please help
