  1. I'm surprised you don't intermittent fast for health. I'm 56 years old and I've been doing it for 3 months. My health has improved immensely and my body fat melted off. I wish I knew about IF earlier in life, it would have saved me from going through open heart surgery due to clogged arteries. IF and cutting carbs has allowed me to get off all my meds. :)

  2. you have good knowledge of health, but to many vitamins, to much of animal food. I believe that you could look younger if a plant based diet is implemented. I am 58 at this time and on a plant base diet.

  3. Wait wait wait… WHAT! So he is turning 50… But he feels like he did when he was 28… Ok… But when he was 28, he felt like he was 50… Soooo, he feels like he is 50 years old?

  4. People , people calm down….if it hadn't of been for dr. berg videos i would not have cured my muscle twitching and know that i was suffering from adrenal fatigue and low thyroid. His time and efforts into research is awesome and of course he sells products. everyone has to make a living. You don't have to buy his products if you don't want to. He clearly states to eat your nutrition if you can. i started eating 8 cups of vegetables a day and some berries and my twitching has almost dissapated. understanding how the liver , pancreas, gall bladder and thyroid work with the different hormone body types was very illuminating and educational. i like that he is not an extremeist..lIke either vegan, or all meat or all fruit. but he balances things which is what the human body is all about. Balance. i have seen animals that are meat eaters eat grass when they become sick, like dogs will. so there is something very valuable in what he is saying. I dont think he is 100 percent accurate in everythig a but he seems to really care. if you want go watch the video by Dr. Bergman who is a chiropracter who does research on the human body and diseases. he practically says the same thing as Dr. Berg. This united states does not care about our heatlh as we can see by all the fracting, air, soil, and water pollution. the Pharma is in bed with the food industry. so how can the plants have all the nutrition in the soil that we need. So yes we need supplementation badly. Thank you Dr. Berg for giving me the information that i needed…

  5. he eats the whole fat beef wtf is he saying i eat poocorn once a month but not very often i really like to eat salt , r u guys listening to him he has no fucking idea what is up from down , random inellligble in audubile words not tolerable as far from the truth as possible this is a pompous, word speaking making english nautios next he going to say vitamin c is gelatinous cage free this is my diet hypothesis, oh me oh my why havent we thought of this , because you cant talk that random theres not enough lozenges

  6. Dear doctor I am surprised how many pills you drink to be healthy, they are made from fake chemicals and I don't believe that will help anyone to be healthier than before,I truly believe that only the nature can produce the good medicine for our bodies, nothing else all made from humans is just so fake

  7. not really sure why people are giving him so much grief about taking supplements…I mean if you make them, then why not?! He's found what's right for him, it may not be right for your body. If you research, there are ways around these pills but YOU have to do the research, he's just making it easier in pill form…because that's part of his job..which I'm sure he likes to do! Calm down people

  8. 30.000 iu of vitamin d? Thats is a huge amount, even for vitamin d fans. What proof do you have that benefits increase above 2000 iu vitamin d / 150 mmol/liter? So much is probably only a good idea when you take k2 right?

  9. 1/4 cup of wine a year? Are you human? Is this ceremonial? Reminding yourself you don't like it? Abstinence, temperance, binging, all understandable. I can not fathom 1/4 cup a year

  10. 30,000 IUs of D3?

I'm quite confused as I have K2/D3 drops that recommend 1000 IUs up to 3 times daily (and it states 1000 is 250% of DV). Am I taking too little? It's still sunny here but it's winter and I'm not getting outside that much.

  11. really!!!?????? r u kidding me??? I'm soooo disappointed in yoy!!!! All of the vitamins you take!!!!???? Shame in you!! you're a SALESMAN!!! I know you don't care but I won't watch you again!!!!

  12. I like what you said when you said your goal is to get younger as you get older. I want to do that too. I just turned 40 in September. I want to be able to move when I'm old and I don't want to get fat and get dementia.

  13. I'm sorry but i dont think he looks that good. He does not have the brightness in his eyes that plant based diets give. I think its only the salad that is keeping him healthy. all those animal products are not good for our bodies, the animals or the planet.

  14. You're cute but on this video you DO look 50 – 55 to me! I will be 52 in 9 days but I look younger than you and I bet I have better abs as well and lower body fat %! 🙂 I don't take/do what you're advocating in your videos either! However, I only found your videos several days ago when I looked up (not for the first time) the benefits of taking ACV and now, I am interesting in implementing some of your advices. Will get back to you how I am doing… and thank you for your informative and educative videos! Cheers!! :)

  15. I been doing lots of research and studying about the best way to eat and found out that high fat low carb diets even tho are good for your sugars in the long run take a tremendous toll on your endocrine system. Like your Thyroid for example. And also causes high cortisol level in the long run cause it stress your body a lot. Also found out the the best thing you can do for your body is focus on your endocrine system cause it was controls fat burning and testosterone in men. Mosto videos I've seen that say if you want to increase your testosterone focus on all food types fats carbs and not so much protein just moderate. So the best diet is just a balance diet. Just stay away from process food in any way.

  16. Like your videos but it's hard to believe that you do not consume no form of carbohydrates at all! makes me wonder why the lord made them in the first place if it's not to eat.

  17. Thanks, doc. Lookin' good! I take vitamin K2 to de-calcify my pineal gland in order to become a psychic tour de-force capable of downloading universal information from higher dimensional beings. Once this capability is lovingly established, you'll then be able to say things like this:

"Two bodies are conceived in the womb for all humans… a lower-vibration PHYSICAL_BODY and a higher-vibration (invisible) overlaid SPIRIT_BODY (aka ASTRAL_BODY). Your consciousness resides in your PHYSICAL_BODY while awake and then moves temporarily to your SPIRIT_BODY once you go to sleep enabling you to traverse parts of the universe. When you die, your consciousness moves PERMANENTLY there. and your life continues in the plane of the astral realms appropriate for the love condition of your soul.. which was earned/developed during your waking and sleeping life actions while alive."

Now that everyone thinks I'm loony, I'm forced to hit you (lovingly) with some objective health metrics to encourage you all to keep on pushing your health (and spiritual) limits. I am 48, and have transcended all health issues. I am incapable of getting sick, having a headache, and I can do 22 one-handed pushups. As for Blood_Pressure and Heart-Rate (non-resting).. here it is.
    https://plus.google.com/108835581930748105868/posts/ZpzxYfEbh1U

I spend my time now working on my SPIRIT_BODY. If one brags too much or gets too vain, then IT IS impacted.. so that's the fine line I am walking here.. but my intent is to inspire and motivate.

    Peace and Love to you!
