  1. Holy moly.. that's a lot of food each meal.. I wouldn't be able to get half of your portions down in one sitting.. I assume it's from living in Europe for so long with their portion's being the size of salad plates in the US. I get full so fast on small portion's.. not sure if that is normal or the healthy approach to keto? but I just can't seem to stretch my stomach to take large portion's like you've shown here.. Love the carb up consciousness!.. Is it ok to do this but with less food each meal?

  2. Do you ever track your vitamins/minerals etc? I put everything you mentioned (except the pates cause I don't know what's in them and I'm lazy) in cronometer and you were short on omega 6, very low on vitamin d and e, low in calcium and iron… A bit low in folate, etc. I know you said you get iron from cooking in cast iron but could that possibly make up for missing 42% of your days iron? You were also dangerously high in vitamin a which I hear mixed things about…

  3. Hi, I was on a low carb diet before (paleo you migh say) and I giving a try to this one. I'am only eating 25 – 20 gr of carbs each day and 80% of good fat coconut oil, butter, avocado etc. I feel like a zombie, I was told this will happened but I like to know if this gonna take to much time. Thanks. You look awesome
