Paleo Ketogenic Diet

30 Days Of A Gluten-Free Diet • LIFE/CHANGE

“My girlfriend was diagnosed with Celiac disease, and I’m hoping that by myself going gluten-free, I can make it a little bit easier for her.”

A gluten free-diet is recommended for people with Celiac disease. If you do not have Celiac disease, a gluten-free diet may cause nutritional deficiencies. For more information on Celiac disease and going gluten-free, see the links below.

  1. false flag documentary…. benefits of a gluten free diet take 6 months to be properly observed..not 1 month! the gluten diet we are used to is relatively new to the human race.. 9000bc give or take.. that's 1/20th of the time humans have walked the earth.. my point is we don't need it and we haven't for thousands of years..

  2. I have a gluten in tolerance and it's really hard when you grow into it, because I used to eat bread and doughnuts all the time and now I can't. But, being born with it you have never experienced all of the good foods that aren't gluten free so you're not as jealous. My favorite lunch choices in school have wheat in them and it's really hard!

  3. Celiac isn't a big deal. I was diagnosed with it when I was 3 and the a stuff that they were eating is actually healthy for gluten free food. People don't know that you can get gf food just like regular and tastes the same. Some people tell me it even tastes better. It just takes a while to get used to.

  4. I have celiac disease I was diagnosed this summer and I am pissed off because I can NEVER have gluten and the food they were hating on is stuff I HAvE To eat so don't complain I don't mean to be rude tho

  5. Diagnosed with gluten intolerance (meaning a crumb won't hurt me but a pasta noodle would). I have actually gained weight and not lost any because gluten free food has more calories and sugar. This is not a diet I recommend. Sure do a gf meal once and a while, but don't do this if you want to lose weight.

  6. the thing about gluten free diets is that they are useless to people who don't have the gluten allergy. they do help you to not eat as many crappy over processed foods because most of those contain gluten, but that's not really a thing you need a gluten free diet for, you just need an "eat less crap" diet.

  7. "Do you guys not know how good this is.." Yeah , I do, and im allergic to it. Gluten-free diets are not for weightloss or because it's fun. I eat gluten-free because if I don't im sick all the time :(

  8. I'm gluten intolerant. And sometimes it is struggle trying to make sure you don't eat gluten when you go to a restaurant with your family.
