  1. I must admit I like how your videos are becoming straight to the point. It's clear you've been listening to your viewers .. we want to know how to adapt, eat, exercise , recipes, products etc ..

  2. wake up in the morning with blood sugar around 80, but withing an hour gluconeogenesis kicks in and it rises to over 90 to 100, before i can eat anything or do anything. Cinnamon doesn't work, banaba extract doesn't work, is there anything i can take to prevent gluconeogenesis in the morning?

  3. Is it even worth it to partake in the challenge program (not keto in general) ,if I don't have a Glucometer nor access to one? bc I suppose a lot of it comes down to measuring.
